Our order-packing and shipping days are Mondays and Thursdays.
All of our parcels are packaged securely in eco-friendly and/or recycled materials.
We are based in Scotland, and we ship everywhere in the world!
We use Royal Mail as our postal service.
UK Delivery
- All of our UK orders are posted out via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard. This service aims to deliver within 2-3 working days of dispatch.
- You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked, which aims to deliver within 48hrs of dispatch, and is a tracked service (requiring a signature upon delivery) for peace of mind.
International Delivery
- All of our International orders are posted via Royal Mail Standard International Delivery as standard. This service aims to deliver within 3-5 working days for Europe addresses, and 6-10 working days for wider worldwide addresses.
- You can upgrade to Royal Mail International Tracked, which is a tracked service (requiring a signature upon delivery) for peace of mind.

Delivery Terms & Conditions
- All orders are processed through Royal Mail for delivery, and as such, if the delivery service is not met, we can accept no responsibility for any further costs these delays may cause.
- If your order shows as delivered and you have not received the item, please let us know immediately. We will then start an initial investigation with Royal Mail. This process normally takes 72 hours. Pending the outcome of the initial investigation, we may then be able to process your claim or have to raise the claim further with Royal Mail.
- If there are any signs of damage to the outer packaging, we strongly advise refusing the order at the point of delivery. If this is not possible, please let our courier know to mark the delivery as damaged upon receipt. If you do choose to accept the damaged order, please make sure to take photos of the outer packaging as you've received it and contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Any claims made after this time will not be accepted.
- We are sorry, but we can't change the delivery address of a parcel once your order has been processed.
- We are unable to process any claims for non-delivery if your order is delivered to a work address, student halls, block of flats or other building with a communal delivery point and the tracking on your order is confirmed as delivered.
- If an incorrect, incomplete or invalid address is given for delivery, we are unable to process any claims for the parcel not being delivered. Please let us know, however, and we will contact you if it is returned to us.
- We will do our utmost to dispatch your order for delivery as soon as possible within our processing days of Mondays and Fridays; however, they may be subject to external circumstances that we have no control over, such as extreme weather conditions, staff illness, etc.
